When I try to edit my Contact/User information, it says that the "password is already taken." Why is that?
 
Answer :
This system requires unique passwords. You can use the same login name for different/login accounts and also the same email address for different accounts/logins. But each and every Login must have its own password.

If the "password is already taken", either you or someone else in the system has already registered that password --and it is not available.

Example: If you have multiple licenses, you can use the same login name for each (for example, "HillsideMarkets"); however, each license must have a unique password.
